Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason for your decision. If your order includes several products delivered separately, this period starts upon receipt of the last product. Notify us of your decision at contact@zangodance.com or by post, using our model withdrawal form, if you wish, then return the product within 14 days of this notification.

Trying on and product condition

You may try on your shoes to check their size and comfort. Do so indoors on a clean, dry, non-abrasive surface to avoid marking the soles. We ask you to return the product with the accessories, labels and original packaging supplied. Their absence does not automatically remove your right of withdrawal. You may be held liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Size exchanges

You may request a size exchange within 14 days of receipt, subject to availability and compliance with the conditions for trying on and returning products.

For the first size exchange of the same item, ZANGODANCE covers the return shipping of your pair and standard delivery of the new size.

Before returning any item, contact us at contact@zangodance.com, quoting your order number and the size you would like, to receive instructions for the exchange arrangements.

Accessing your orders

You can find your orders in your customer account after signing in. This access complements the existing contact methods: you may notify us of your withdrawal by email or by post without signing in to an account. 

Backordered and personalised products

A standard shoe ordered on backorder remains subject to the right of withdrawal under the same conditions as a shoe in stock. The exception for products made to your specifications or clearly personalised does not apply solely because an item is on backorder. Any applicable exclusion is indicated before the order is placed.

Refunds

We refund all sums paid, including the original standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notification of withdrawal, using the same payment method used for the order. Return shipping costs remain your responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Statutory guarantees

Your products are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity (2 years from delivery) and the guarantee against hidden defects. To exercise these rights, write to contact@zangodance.com.
