Terms of sale

Version dated 17 October 2026

1. Purpose and scope

These terms and conditions of sale (“Terms”) govern distance sales of products made on the website www.zangodance.com between the seller identified in section 2 (the “Seller”) and any individual acting for purposes outside their professional activity (the “Customer”).

Placing an order implies acceptance of these Terms, which the Customer acknowledges having read before placing the order.

2. Seller’s identity

SASU ZANGODANCE, a French single-member simplified joint-stock company with share capital of €1,000, whose registered office is at 67, rue François Peissel, 69300 Caluire-et-Cuire, France, RCS Lyon 130 769 243 (SIREN 130769243), intra-Community VAT number FR68130769243. Store: ZANGODANCE, 67, rue François Peissel, 69300 Caluire-et-Cuire, France. Contact: contact@zangodance.com - 06 60 14 51 51.

3. Products

ZANGODANCE sells dance shoes, accessories and clothing. The essential characteristics of each product (model, materials, sole, heel height, colour, sizes) are shown on its product page.

Photographs are presented with the greatest care. However, slight differences in colour or appearance may result from the screen used or from variations inherent in the materials.

4. Shoe sizes and sizing advice

Size information and sizing advice are provided to help the Customer make their choice, particularly on the basis of information from the manufacturer. They are provided for guidance: foot shape varies from one person to another. The Customer may consult the size guide or write to contact@zangodance.com before ordering.

5. Prices

Prices are stated in euros, inclusive of all taxes, excluding delivery costs. Delivery costs are indicated before final confirmation of the order.

Delivery is currently offered in France, eight other European Union countries (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Portugal), and Switzerland. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes or import charges may apply and will remain the recipient’s responsibility, unless otherwise stated when ordering.

When a price reduction is announced, the reference price is the lowest price charged during the 30 days preceding the reduction.

Products are invoiced at the price displayed when the order is confirmed. In the event of an obvious pricing error, the Seller contacts the Customer before dispatch to offer them the choice of confirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it for a refund.

6. Orders

The Customer adds products to their cart, checks its contents, prices and delivery costs, corrects their information where necessary, chooses the delivery and payment methods, then accepts the Terms.

By clicking the final confirmation button, the Customer acknowledges that their order entails an obligation to pay. The contract is concluded when payment is confirmed. An order confirmation is sent by email.

The Seller may refuse or cancel an order in the event of suspected fraud, a payment incident, an obvious error or a previous dispute with the Customer.

7. Availability

Products are offered subject to available stock. Some products may require replenishment from the manufacturer; the applicable lead time is then indicated on the product page or when ordering.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the Customer is informed as soon as possible and may, depending on the circumstances, wait for replenishment, choose a replacement product offered, or cancel the order concerned and be refunded without undue delay and no later than within 14 days.

8. Payment

Accepted payment methods are indicated when ordering. Payments are processed by secure payment providers; the Seller does not have access to the Customer’s full banking details. The order may be suspended or cancelled if payment is refused or an anomaly is reported by the provider.

9. Delivery

Orders are delivered to the areas offered when ordering (France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal and Switzerland). Delivery methods, charges and estimated times are detailed in the Shipping Policy and stated again before payment.

The Seller delivers the products on the date or within the period indicated when ordering or, failing that, no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded. In the event of a delay, the Customer may ask the Seller to deliver within a reasonable additional period; failing this, they may terminate the contract under the conditions of Articles L216-2 and L216-3 of the French Consumer Code.

The Customer must provide a complete and accurate address. Costs arising from an address error may be charged to them. Risk passes to the Customer when they, or a third party designated by them, take physical possession of the products.

10. Receipt of the order

The Customer is invited to check the condition of the parcel and products upon receipt and to report any damaged, incorrect or faulty product promptly to contact@zangodance.com, quoting their order number and, if possible, providing photographs. This recommendation does not deprive the Customer of their statutory rights.

11. Right of withdrawal

The Customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason for their decision (Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code). If the order contains several products delivered separately, this period starts upon receipt of the last product.

To withdraw, the Customer notifies their decision unambiguously to contact@zangodance.com or by post to the address given in section 2, using the model withdrawal form available on the website if they wish. They then return the product no later than 14 days after their notification. Return shipping costs are the Customer’s responsibility unless the Seller states otherwise.

The Seller refunds the Customer all sums paid, including the original standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notification of withdrawal, using the same payment method as for the order. The Seller may withhold the refund until the product has been received back or proof of its dispatch has been provided. Additional costs arising from the choice of a delivery method more expensive than standard delivery are not refunded.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the Customer’s specifications or clearly personalised (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). Any exclusion applicable to a product is indicated before the order is placed.

12. Trying on and condition of returned products

The Customer may try on the shoes to check their size, comfort and suitability. We recommend trying them on indoors on a clean, dry, non-abrasive surface to avoid marking the soles.

The returned product must be clean and accompanied by its accessories, labels and original packaging where these were supplied. The Customer may be held liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

13. Size exchanges

The Customer may request a size exchange within 14 days of receipt, subject to availability and compliance with the conditions for trying on and returning products set out in section 12.

For the first size exchange of the same item, ZANGODANCE covers the return shipping of the Customer’s pair and standard delivery of the new size.

Before returning any item, the Customer contacts contact@zangodance.com, quoting their order number and the size they would like, to receive instructions for the exchange arrangements.

14. Statutory guarantees

Products benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code): the Seller is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery and becoming apparent within two years of that date. For new goods, a defect that becomes apparent within this period is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless proven otherwise. The Customer may request repair or replacement of the goods; failing this, or in the cases provided for by law, they may obtain a price reduction or termination of the contract. This right is exercised at no cost to the Customer.

The Customer also benefits from the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code), which must be exercised within two years of discovering the defect.

These guarantees apply independently of any commercial warranty offered by the Seller or manufacturer. To exercise these rights, the Customer writes to contact@zangodance.com.

15. Liability

The Seller is responsible for properly fulfilling their obligations under the conditions provided for by law. The Seller cannot be held liable for damage resulting from use inconsistent with the product’s intended purpose, unsuitable care, normal wear and tear, an act of the Customer or force majeure. No provision of these Terms excludes or limits the consumer’s mandatory rights.

16. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.

17. Intellectual property

The original content of the website (texts, graphics, logos and photographs for which ZANGODANCE holds the rights) is protected. Reproduction without authorisation is prohibited. Trademarks, photographs and content belonging to manufacturers and third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

18. Complaints and mediation

For any complaint, the Customer first writes to contact@zangodance.com; the Seller seeks an amicable solution.

Failing this, the Customer may use the consumer mediator to which the Seller belongs free of charge: CM2C - Centre de Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, www.cm2c.net.

19. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of the mandatory protective provisions of their country of residence. If no amicable settlement or mediation is reached, the dispute is brought before the competent courts.

20. Changes to the Terms

The Seller may amend the Terms. The terms applicable to an order are those in force when it is confirmed.
